Applicant’s responsibilities will include:
• Meet Management’s goals and vision.
• Preparing plans and schedules and ensuring staff understand expectations.
• Ensuring supplies are regularly restocked.
•Ensure maintenance of asset
• Handling the marketing and sale of produce.
• Report to Management
Requirements
• A minimum of OND / HND in Agriculture, Animal Science or equivalent.
• 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience in the industry.
• Prior experience in a farming-related field is essential.
• Management experience would be a plus.
• The ability to make decisions in stressful environments.
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
