Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Brief
- We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customers queries and complaints.
- You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and disseminate complains across a number of communication channels.
- To do well on the job, you need to be able to stay calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
Job Description
- Answer customer questions promptly and accurately by phone, email or chat
- Determine customer needs for products and help customers understand them
- Update our internal orders through helpful discussions with customers
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and provide assistance
- Share customer requirements and effective solutions with team members
- Inform customers of new product features
- Follow-up with customers to ensure their feedback is resolved
- Collect customer feedback and share and interface with our product, sales and marketing teams.
Working Hours
- Working hours: 9:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m., with a break from 12:00 to 13:00 p.m. If the employee is far from the company, the company can provide accommodation and the rent will be paid by the company.
Salary and Benefits
- The main composition is: Base Salary + Full Attendance + Commission Bonus!
- Comprehensive salary: NGN250,000 – NGN 300,000 (1-2 days of trial training, one month of internship, internship salary of 250,000NGN plus full attendance bonus.
- After regularization, base salary NGN300,000 plus full attendance bonus + commission bonus
- Double weekend off, holiday off, monthly reunion dinner, employee insurance, year-end bonus, 15 days annual leave, regular travel.
- Promotion mechanism, the company’s priority internal promotion, excellent work has the opportunity for promotion.
